GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Located near the famous church of Ayios Lazarus, very close to both the town centre and the beach, this 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of an old house. It has been refurbished for holiday makers, and has everything you could want for a holiday in the sun. this apartment is only six minutes transfer from Larnaca International Airport, close to the town with a good beach nearby.
SLEEPS:4 The apartment has two twin bedrooms.  There is room for a z bed to fit comfortably in one, thereby sleeping 5 with an extra bed as below, or as it is, 4 adults and a child/baby. There is a clean and modern bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.
FACILITIES: This is the upstairs of a house, it is accessed from an external fire escape type of staircase and so is not suitable for elderly or infirm guests. You may wish to look at the photos if you have young children as it will not suit all families, but the stairs are strong and sturdy. There is a large wooden veranda overlooking the downstairs garden. It also has a small paved area downstairs for sunbathing privately. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan and the kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with a washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge, 4 seater table and chairs, TV. DVD/CD player and optional air conditioning.

DISTANCES		   7 mins to the Beach with good swimming.
