GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:

The
Old Mill is a 2 bedroom, stone-built bungalow in Klonari village near to
Limassol. Once a Cyprus village mill, it has been fully renovated and
mixes the old and the new, the original stone walls and oak beams
as its key features, along with all the mod-cons that you would expect
in any contemporary house. The countryside of the area is ideal for nature
lovers seeking peace and quiet, apart from the birdsong, which can be
heard all day long (a birdwatcher's paradise).
The house offers mountain views with the beaches of Limassol a mere 20
minutes drive away.

One double bedroom
and one twin bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living
room.

FACILITIES:

A
fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, ironing board, iron,
vacuum cleaner and washing machine.
The main bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin, toilet and
bidet. There is another bathroom with toilet and wash basin.
A television and DVD player are also available.

WALKING DISTANCES
|
 The house is perfectly placed for bird watching,
walking and golf. There is also a beautiful Byzantine church on site.
A 20 minute drive away you will find a beach, swimming, Water parks, sailing, boat hire, cycling, mountain biking,
museum, zoo, theatre/cinema, shopping areas, restaurant and food
shopping.
A 45 minute drive away you will enjoy skiing/snowboarding on the Troodos mountains, 45 minutes drive
to the main towns of Nicosia, Larnaca and Paphos. |
