Airport and accommodation transfers

Most holiday transfers begin at Larnaca or Paphos airport and continue to a town, resort, village or private property. Give the operator the correct airport, flight number, scheduled arrival time, lead passenger name, destination address and a telephone number that will work after landing.

For a private villa, share precise directions or a map pin rather than relying on a property name alone. Confirm where the driver will wait, how delays are handled and whether the return pickup time allows for check-in and traffic.

Passengers, luggage and child seats

State the total number of adults and children, plus every large suitcase, pushchair, wheelchair, golf bag, bicycle box or other bulky item. A vehicle with enough passenger seats may still be too small for the luggage.

If a child seat or booster is needed, give each child's age and size and ask the operator to confirm the restraint type in writing. Do not assume that a suitable seat will be carried unless it has been requested and acknowledged.

• Confirm the full route, passenger count and luggage before accepting an arrangement.
• Ask whether the journey is private, shared or includes additional stops.
• Keep essential medication and documents with passengers rather than in inaccessible luggage.
• Retain the pickup instructions and current contact details offline.

Accessible transport

Describe mobility requirements precisely: whether a passenger can transfer to a seat, whether the wheelchair folds, its dimensions and weight, and whether a ramp, lift or wheelchair restraint is required. Powered chairs and scooters may need additional loading space and secure anchoring.

Ask about the complete journey, including the height of steps, assistance at pickup and the surface between the vehicle and accommodation. A general statement that transport is accessible is not a substitute for confirming the passenger's actual needs.

Wedding and event transport

Wedding transport may involve several pickups, a ceremony, photographs, a reception and late returns. Prepare one written movement plan showing addresses, named contacts, passenger groups and the time each vehicle is required.

Allow for guests who need accessible transport or child seats, and identify luggage or decorations that must travel separately. Confirm waiting time, contingency arrangements and the final drop-off list with the selected operator; this page does not quote or confirm a current transport service.

Before paying
