GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
|
Two
bedroom detached villa with communal swimming pool on a new complex of
eleven villas. The complex is situated within easy reach of the tourist
area of Kato Paphos which has beaches, bars and
restaurants as well as a picturesque harbour lined with fish restaurants
and a medieval fortress.

The villa has two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the
lounge. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading on to a balcony.

FACILITIES:
|
The villa is modern and fully furnished with everything you need for an
enjoyable stay.
Downstairs is open planned with a fitted kitchen that is fully equipped
with a fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob,
microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The lounge has a comfortable double sofa bed, armchair and Television.
The Dining area has a large dining table suitable for six people.
There is one bathroom upstairs with shower and W.C and a guest
toilet downstairs.
The
rear of the property is south facing and has a furnished patio area. The
veranda has Sun loungers and leads onto the shared swimming pool which
is lit up at night and becomes a lovely setting for sitting outside
capturing the beautiful sunsets or enjoying an evening drink.
The patio area has a table with umbrella and chairs and a Barbeque for
those who like to cook al fresco.

WALKING/DRIVING
DISTANCES
|
 All
the amenities and the tourist area of Kato Paphos with many bars and
restaurants are only a fifteen minute walk away. Paphos harbour and its
ancient fort is a twenty minute walk away. Paphos airport is a ten
minute drive away.
There are 2
excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby as well as great diving schools, a
water park and other water sports available. The scenic pine-clad
Troodos Mountains are an hours drive away and can be used for skiing
over the winter months.
