This house is perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers, being close to the sea, beaches, mountains, forests and countryside. It is also convenient to the tourist resort of Polis with all its modern facilities. For those who wish to experience traditional village life, the village of Kinousa is the perfect starting point and there are several other small villages in the vicinity.

The house is a two storey house, however only the self-contained apartment on the ground floor is available for rent. The living quarters have a large kitchen/living room with all mod-cons, a dining area and a sofa bed. The two terraces and the gardens are ideal for outdoor dining, from where you can enjoy panoramic views over Chrysochou Bay, the Akamas Peninsula and the forests of the Troodos mountain range. 

The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring stove, oven, fridge, freezer, grill, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer. The living room has seating for 3 people.
The dining area has seating for 6 people.

There is an audio tape player,  C.D player, radio, satellite or cable television.
Outside there is a balcony, barbecue, garage, garden, swimming pool and terrace with 6 garden chairs
Children are welcome as well as long term renters. The house has a low allergen environment. Pets will be considered.
