GENERAL DESCRIPTION:	2 bedroom 2 storey villa on a small private development behind Protaras. It has views of the sea from the upstairs balcony, a small garden and is modern and comfortable. A car is recommended.
SLEEPS: 4 max 5	Two twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs and extra W.C. on the ground floor. There is also an outside shower in the garden.
FACILITIES:	This villa has air conditioning in every room, It is modern and airy with sliding doors and aluminium shutters to the bedroom veranda and patio. Lounge / Dining area, kitchen is open plan with good quality furniture. Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine and plenty of crockery for entertaining at the dining table for 6.(I counted 27 plates so a big BBQ is possible ) The BBQ is a large built in one in the garden. There is Parking. The villas is set on the road side but the development runs in to a cul-de-sac.
WALKING DISTANCES	5mins drive to the Beach. 1.5 km to Bars and Restaurants and Shops. 10 Minute drive to Ayia Napa.
