GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Two new villa's which were completed in August 2004. They are built at the edge of the village and are in keeping with the environment, 150m away from any other houses and combine tradition with modern living.

Each villa is built in an area of 1000m². They both have a private swimming pool measuring 4.5 X 9.0 m situated alongside the covered veranda with a beautiful view to the valley and the sea. Both villas are wheel chair friendly, inside as well as outside at the swimming pool and gardens, The door sizes are 90cm. All necessary amenities, from the garage to the whole 1^st floor with the bedroom downstairs, is designed with the use of wheel chairs in mind as a member of the owner's family uses a wheelchair.
This is an ideal location to enjoy the sun and the sea, the mountains and nature.

SLEEPS: 6-7 max

There are 3 bedrooms, one bedroom is on the ground floor en suite with shower and toilet, that is the most suitable for those who want disabled facilities. There are 2 further bathrooms and a guest toilet. A big circular staircase leads to the upstairs where there are two bedrooms with their own bathroom's. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony and both bedrooms have access to a big covered veranda with lovely views.

FACILITIES:

The villas can be entered through the covered parking area or the front door and are of an open-plan design. They each have a fire-place for cosy winter evenings. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area have a TV area with Satellite television. A low stone wall separates the kitchen and living-room which is ideal as a bar. The kitchen contains all the normal electrical appliances such as fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, electric mixer for frappe's, dishwasher and washing-machine (in the utility room) as well as plenty of cooking utensils.

Central heating and air conditioning are provided through out the house. Each has a private swimming pool measuring 4,5 X 9.0 m²

DISTANCES:

It is an approximate 10 minute drive from Polis tis Chrysochous.
20 minutes from Paphos.
Small grocery shops can be found about 2km from the village.

In Polis tis Chrysochous near the paved square, one can find everything one needs, taverns, restaurants, cafeterias, bars etc. You can find these all over town as well as along the sea road from Polis to Latchi and Aphrodite's Baths. In Polis you can also find banks, a small hospital and private doctors.
