DESCRIPTION: |
This is a three bedroom villa with a private pool (8m x 4m) located
in the Tsada area of Paphos.
Air conditioning and fly screens in all rooms.
The Villa has outstanding sea and mountain views.
It is furnished to a high standard.
It is ideal for golf lovers as Tsada golf course is only five
minutes away and the Secret Valley Golf Course is only 20 minutes

The Villa comprises one master bedroom with en-suite facilites and
two twin bedded rooms with common bathroom. Two sofa beds in
the lounge area. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

| FACILITIES: |
The villa is of an open plan design. The kitchen is fully
equipped and includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,
breakfast bar with stools and door to side patio area.
There is a large lounge with television, DVD Home Cinema System, video, cd, radio and
casette player, open fireplace and it has a separate dining area
with table and chairs. Two patio doors lead from the lounge
out to the large verandah which overlooks the private pool and
garden with its sea and mountain views. The pool area is
surrounded by a patio where there are sunbeds.
A cot, playpen, highchair and sterilising equipment are also
available free of charge.

 Restaurants
of the tourist area are a ten minute drive away.

The
villa is also a great location to explore the history of Cyprus, such
as The Tomb
of the Kings and the Paphos Fort.

A four door family car is available with this villa. (Driver must have clean
driving license and be between the ages of 25 - 70 years).
Solar panels installed to heat the water in the swimming pool.
There is a phone available to make emergency service calls and it will
also take incoming calls.
