GENERAL DESCRIPTION:	Near to the village of Peyia, this villa offers all modern conveniences , three en - suite bedrooms, each with separate sunbathing terraces, a well maintained pool with sun loungers and parasols set in colourful landscaped gardens. This accommodation is equally suited to those wanting a relaxed, restful retreat, or those wanting activities and attractions. The flowery bit: Straight to the bedrooms Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is a fifteen minutes drive to the west, with its pretty harbour and castle surrounded by an array of fish restaurants and taverns, and the archaeological park with some of the worlds most famous mosaics. There are many shops to browse around, and further around the bay there are more bars and lively night clubs.. Two golf courses are situated in the area, as well as a water park, and you can also enjoy a wide range of water sports, boat hire, fishing etc. You can also tour the authentic villages around coral bay, or take a jeep safari to the Akamas park and visit the many areas of outstanding natural beauty.
SLEEPS:6/7	A large sunbathing balcony is accessed via patio doors from the two upstairs bedrooms, and a further roof - top terrace can be reached via an external staircase. This terrace has spectacular views of the local scenery and the evening sunsets..
FACILITIES:	A bright airy villa, Italian marble floor, solid wood kitchen, air conditioning throughout. Spacious, open plan ground floor. Living area has 2 comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels, music system, DVD and Video player. Two large patio windows to the outside dining area, with views of the pool and garden. The large dining table has chairs to seat seven people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The utility room houses washing machine and laundry items, with iron and ironing board. Outside Area: There is a shaded patio for al fresco dining with barbeque (BBQ). There is also a private swimming pool 8 x 4m, sun lounges, table chairs and parasols. The landscaped garden bears fruit and palm trees, private drive with parking space for the Mazda Demi villa's car which is offered with Villa Victoria.
WALKING DISTANCES	Coral bay's sandy beach is 2km. The traditional village of Peyia (Pegia) with its taverns, shops and picturesque church is a short distance away.
