GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:

bedroom, air conditioned property with private pool. Situated
in a quiet location in the area known as Agousos near Peyia
village. It is in the
countryside of Cyprus. Next door there are Damascus goats.
(Popular with the kids, but could be smelly if the wind blows
the wrong way) |

double bedroom with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms. Each
bedroom is air-conditioned. Bathroom with shower, w.c. and
washbasin. Separate w.c. downstairs. |

equipped open plan kitchen includes Electric Oven and Hob,
Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Large Fridge Freezer etc.
Dining Table and Chairs for 6. TV, Stereo CD and Tape
Player. There is a large walled garden containing various
ornamental plants, date palms and banana and olive
trees. Sunbeds are provided around the pool which is 8m
x 4m.
