GENERAL DESCRIPTION: |
This villa is located in
the quieter area of Ayia Thekla, on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. It
is far enough away from the seasonal tourist crowds, yet close
enough to offer easy access to an abundance of bars, shops and
restaurants.
Villa Romani was designed
and built with disabled guests and families alike in mind. There are
ramps to all external doors and wheelchair access throughout; all
doorways are 1 meter wide including the bathroom/toilet and shower.
The lounge and dinning room in conjunction with the fully fitted
kitchen are open plan. Sliding doors are also incorporated to assist
wheelchair bound guests. Patio doors allow access to the shaded
veranda and the rear sun terrace.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and floors throughout are fitted with
non-slip tiles to ensure the villa stays cool and safe in the hotter
months.
The villa comes with a
covered private parking space should guests hire a vehicle. Included
in the rent is full use of a hot springs Jacuzzi spa and a pay as
you go mobile phone for very cheap rate calls throughout Cyprus and
to the UK.
The beach is just 1 Km
away and most local hotels allow full use of their pool and leisure
facilities if you buy a drink.

The villa has 3 large
bedrooms, one double and two twins, and comfortably sleeps 6 to 7
people. The bathroom is suitable for wheelchair users. |

charge), hot springs Jacuzzi spa, outside shower, large
fridge/freezer, double electric oven and gas hob,
gas BBQ, toaster, coffee percolator, juice maker, electric kettle,
safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, dinning table and
chairs, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, TV, DVD player,
video, sound system and CD player, private parking facilities, air
conditioning throughout, electric heating (winter months),
patio/garden furniture, hairdryer, sun loungers, parasols and the
use of a pay as you go mobile phone.

villa is 400m from the sea, 1 km from the local beach, 1 mile from the
local waterpark, 4 miles from Ayia Napa center, 300m from access to
motorway,
50m from major road, which is on the main bus route, 30 minutes from
Larnaca or Protaras, 1 hour from Limassol and 2 and a half hours from
Paphos. |
