| GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:

Katiphoros
is a three bedroom villa situated on a hillside at the upper end of Peyia.
It offers views over the village and the coastline.
The garden is large and mature and offers peace and full privacy. |

The master
bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a double shower room. Two of the bedrooms are in a separate and quiet section of the villa and are reached from
the terrace by an outdoor staircase.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and open onto terraces or a veranda.
Air
conditioning units will be installed in the
bedrooms in May 2008 ! |
| FACILITIES:

The
living room is well furnished and has many traditional Cyprus elements
including an open fireplace. There us also a TV and radio/CD player.
The living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms have double doors opening
on to the large covered terrace, which has a built-in bar and
comfortable outside furniture.
The
open plan kitchen has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas oven, gas hob,
microwave and all necessary cutlery and utensils.
From
the house a number of terraces lead to the large pool area. The
swimming pool is 11 x 5 m.
Next to the pool, at the far end of the property, is a pergola of 5 x 20 m, ideal for relaxation and outdoor dining at the big wooden table, which
seats 8 people.
