| GENERAL
DESCRIPTION: |
The House is in the old part of Limassol on a very quiet Road. It is a renovated listed
townhouse in the Greek style. The living room
can easily be separated in to two areas with one part, called Iliako, (Sunroom)
because it has a big window and lets the sun in to the room. The
other area could be converted in to another bedroom.
All the rooms are partly decorated with traditional furniture. The
rooms all have high ceilings so are very spacious.

| FACILITIES: |
There is a big kitchen containing dark wood
furniture, a bar in the middle, a round dining table with chairs, a
fridge and a stainless steel oven. Behind
the kitchen is a small storage area with a washing machine and a tumble
dryer. There are 2 bathrooms. One has an oval corner jacuzzi and dark
wooden furniture and the other contains a shower. Both bathrooms
have toilets and wash basins. Above the Bathrooms is the
library which can easily be used us another sleeping area for
two beds.
The kitchen leads to a little private side garden from one side and
from the other side, where their are lots of different
windows, it leads in to the inside garden and gives you the feeling
you are actually living in the garden. The living room also leads to
the garden.
The garden is shared with a little guesthouse
which belongs to the property and can be rented together with the
house. The guesthouse has 1 bedroom with enough space for an extra
bed in the living room.
The Guest House also has a living room, furnished in yellow,
green and terracotta, and a kitchen. The bathroom has a bath,
toilet and wash basin and has handcrafted
mosaics. All the windows of the guesthouse are looking out on the Garden. Both houses
are partly air-conditioned
and are fully central heated.
