As you know I
recently booked this villa with you and it subsequently turned out to
be no more than a B&B in which we shared wiith Maria (the house
owner), her friend, several students, a Taiwan alysum seeker, a dog,
several cats and birds. Not to mention her family who came all the way
from Paphos for Sunday lunch.
Having spent ONE day there and another
in a hotel room in Limassol we subsequently spent the remainder of our
holiday in a nice 2 bed villa in Skarinou. My thanks to Susannah etc
for managing to find us alternative accomodation.
However I'm extremely annoyed and very
unhappy about the whole affair and the time spent waiting around. We
wasted more than 2 days of our holiday and as we only went for a week
you can see why my wife and I are not particularly pleased.
Could you tell me what is currently
being done and how we will be re-imbursed for our additional expenses
and compensated?

We subsequently took this house of as
a villa and put it instead as a B&B. Mr Higgins still isn't happy,
we bought him dinner at a restaurant near the place we put him in the
end (which cost more) he didn't mention that in his next letter of
complaint, and when this was pointed out and he was asked if that was
because he didn't get it, or he didn't want to compromise his demand
for ' compensation' then he really hit the roof. I have promised to
pay his demands and will do so when I can afford it, but as my house
just burned down and things are decidedly dicey, it might be a while -
thanks for bearing with us Steve.

We returned back from Cyprus yesterday and had just a great
wonderful time. This house was magnificant and everything was
available in that house, we both really loved it. I want to Thank YOU
and MARIA for all the great work and we are planning to hopefully
visit Cyprus again during the month of May and for sure we will
hopefully plan to stay in Naturella house again because it our stay
this time was just wonderful . Maria had everything ready for us and I
can't thank you enough for all the great work you put in arranging for
this.
