DESCRIPTION: This bungalow villa is all on one level, and so is suitable for a family with children or mature holidaymakers. It is an older property and is not luxurious, but it is convenient, has a tidy garden Situated on a quiet avenue, with in drive parking.
SLEEPS:5 max It has two bedrooms, and sleeps a maximum of 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children. The bedrooms are both air-conditioned (optional)
FACILITIES: A back patio and 2 verandas at the front complete with tables and chairs. There is a well kept garden all the way round. Equipped with sheets, towels, mugs, toaster, iron, kettle etc. The living room and large kitchen is open plan. 
WALKING
DISTANCES		 5 mins to the Beach. The best beach in Cyprus, but not quiet in summer.
Supermarket....2 mins 
Bus stop ....2 mins 
Moped hire ....1 min
8 Minute walk to Town Centre.
