detached villa with 2 downstairs bedrooms. Nice residential position,
close the the beach. Would recommend a car with this villa. |

bedroom & one twin bedroom downstairs, Bathroom (with
pressure water system) shower and toilet.
Upstairs large twin bedroom with views to three sides, Veranda with table and 6 plastic chairs (and views to Cape
Grekko.) Both the double and twin bedrooms downstairs are air conditioned and also have ceiling
fans. |

,Electric toaster, Microwave / electric oven, Large fridge freezer.
Dining area with seating for 6 and settings for 8.
Lounge with television and Seating for 6.
( A three seat settee, a two seat settee and an arm chair.)
The lounge / dining room is air-conditioned. There is
an air-conditioned first floor balcony which overlooks the lounge with
second TV set with a play only video cassette machine, in addition to the TV in the lounge.
Outside: Laundry room and washer, private covered parking, outside cold water shower, small flower garden around the house and your own
gin & tonic tree for fresh lemons.
