Three bedroom single storey
villa in a pretty, rural location, Villa Florence
enjoys a position providing superb views of the
Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. This holiday home
lies in it's own mature gardens, only two kilometers away from the beach of
Coral Bay where you can find a few shops, plenty of bars, cafes,
restaurants and several beachside taverns and it is only two
kilometers away from the busier village of Peyia where there is a good
choice of traditional taverns and shops. |

wardrobes. Each bedroom also has doors opening to the terrace. The master
bedroom has a double bed and a satellite TV whilst the other two
bedrooms are twins. Bathroom with bath, WC. and

Decorated in an island style,
with whitewashed walls, a tiled floor and colourful furnishings,
lounge with satellite television and video, CD, cassette radio, dining area with
table and six
chairs and well equipped fitted kitchen with dark pine units and black
marble worktops. Equipment includes washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave oven,
electric oven, gas hob, toaster, iron and board.
Swimming pool 8m x 4m, Pool
side is furnished with loungers,
umbrellas, tables and chairs the crazy paved terrace around the
swimming pool also has outside lighting, making it perfect for late
night feasts prepared on the portable barbecue. Daytime meals
can also be enjoyed under the shade of the covered terrace from which
double doors lead into the lounge.
