DESCRIPTION: |
Quiet rural location and
glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding
countryside, Villa Mary is a modern villa . Close enough to
Paphos to allow guests to explore the area, the villa is still a
peaceful place, only two kilometers from the beach of Coral Bay where
there are shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and several beachside
taverns. Also only two kilometers from Peyia village which has a
variety of shops and restaurants. |

Upstairs, the master bedroom has
a double bed with radio and TV. There are sliding doors opening onto a
large sea facing balcony. The other two bedrooms are twins,
bathroom with bath, w.c. and washbasin upstairs + 1 washroom with
w.c. and washbasin downstairs. |

The open-plan design allows
the breeze from the ceiling fans to waft right through the
villa. The double lounge is furnished with lots of comfy
seating, a dining table and a satellite TV. and video, CD,
cassette radio, dining area with a table and six chairs and well
equipped fitted kitchen with dark pine units and black marble
worktops. Equipment includes washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric
oven, gas hob, toaster, microwave, iron and board. Terrace with tables
and chairs, balconies, mature gardens, built-in barbecue. Swimming
pool is 8m x 4m, shower, sun beds, umbrellas

villa. The swimming pool has a sunny poolside terrace with sun beds,
umbrellas and a built-in barbecue, tables and chairs. Underneath
the upstairs balcony and arched covered terrace provides welcome shade
from the heat of the midday sun and has sliding doors opening into the
lounge..
