DESCRIPTION: |
A
modern, bungalow Villa situated in a quiet rural location, enjoying lovely
views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside.
There is a variety of shops and a few restaurants about 2 kilometers
away, at Peyia village and the same distance is to visit the soft
sands of Coral Bay for a day beside the sea. Coral Bay also has
a few shops, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as several beachside taverns. |

The three bedrooms are all large
with plenty of space for extra beds when necessary. The
master bedroom has a double bed and satellite TV whilst the other
bedrooms are both twins. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes,
doors opening into verandas ,the twins share one full bathroom and the
master bedroom has an en-suite shower
room. Full bathroom with bath, w.c. bidet and washbasin , whilst
the shower room has shower, w.c. bidet and washbasin. |

Shuttered
patio doors from the terrace then a spacious lounge divided into three
fully furnished lounge areas one with additional sofa bed. There is
also satellite TV and video, CD, cassette radio, dining area with a table and six
chairs and well equipped fitted kitchen with dark pine units and black
marble worktops . Equipment includes washing machine, fridge-freezer,
electric oven, gas hob, toaster, microwave oven, iron and board. The
kitchen is amply provided with cupboard space
has all the necessary
equipment and a cosy fireplace.
The Swimming pool is 8m x
4m, with sun beds and umbrellas.
