We returned home from a wonderful vacation in Cyprus .  

We would like to share some thoughts / comments about the villa we stayed at (Dia's House)  

1)       The villa is really not appropriate for small children. And we think that we should have been made aware of that (by your company or by Dia) before making the reservation. The reasons mainly being: there are many, many breakable knickknacks all over, the steep staircase that means carrying the infants up and down.

2)       Since Cyprus is such a child-friendly country, we just assumed that when making the reservation for 2 adults + 2 infants, we would be getting a baby crib. We had already paid the deposit when we heard from you that Dia did not have a crib (or high-chair). Since it was too late to cancel, we had no choice but go ahead with the reservation.

3)       After letting Dia know about the leak in the water boiler (and your office helped us to contact her), the boiler was replaced a day later.  

In all, we enjoyed our stay.
