Large luxury villa
overlooking Limassol from a cool vantage point atop a hill,
very well appointed with 550 m2 of covered area and 2,600 m2 of
well kept green gardens. Electric gates and a nice driveway
lead past boxed hedges to the stepped entrance and the double
garage. |

en-suite, and 2 single rooms which share a bathroom. There is a
large walk in dressing room. All the bedrooms are air
conditioned.

There is a kitchen with central workstation, washing machine,
dishwasher, mixer, microwave etc, there is also a service
kitchen.
Underfloor heating in winter, full air conditioning in
summer. The swimming pool is 15m x 5m and has patio furniture
conveniently placed around it.
The garden has a full and automatic irrigation system, and so
the lawns are green and peasant even in the heat of mid summer. |
