DESCRIPTION: |
These apartments are on the outskirts of Pervolia
Village (2km) near Larnaca and are 11 km from Larnaca airport. They are
300m from the beach, and have views of the sea and the surrounding
countryside. They are not a tourist complex, but a club for
Cypriots, so August availability is out of the question
usually. They are quiet in the winter, and delightfully
authentic in the summer. |
| SLEEPS: |
There are Studios, one bedroom
and two bedroom apartments.
Each is fully air conditioned in the summer and heated in the
winter, this is inclusive in the price. |
| FACILITIES: |
Each has a bathroom with shower,
fully equipped kitchenette ( with 2 electric rings & refrigerator)
a private balcony and direct dial telephone. Communal facilities include Swimming pool (heated in the
winter), children's pool,
children's playground, bar (with pool table),
cafeteria/restaurant,
( may be
closed in winter depending on numbers, over 10 people in the
place and it is obliged to open) conference facilities
(with interpreters and secretarial services*) car parking. We are charging a
hefty markup on the club prices for these
apartments.
