| In the quaint and picturesque stone village of Ayia Anna
lies a 150 year old 4 bedroom stone built house, which has been lovingly restored to (and we think above) local traditional style.
The pool and house are protected by high walls for seclusion and privacy. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom/toilet with separate bathroom. There is also very big balcony overlooking the whole village. Downstairs is open plan and includes a lounge with an open fireplace, T.V area, small reading area, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and Veranda overlooking the very attractive pool area.
There is also a fully self contained guest house which is beside the pool and consists of one bedroom with en-suite large shower room, separate fully fitted kitchen/sitting room with additional bed settee if required. The village of Ayia Anna is in the western district of Larnaca. It is located 15 minutes away by car from the international airport, the town centre and beaches. Here you will find varied geomorphologic features where special coloured slabs of rock are obtained and used for traditional homes. Nature lovers can also enjoy walks in the surrounding hills. The main village has it's own grocery store, a cultural centre displaying traditional architecture and an ancient little church dating back to 1882. In addition, Ayia Anna being centrally located for easy access to the capital of Nicosia and Limassol, many archaeological sites and the Troodos mountains. | | SLEEPS:8/10 
| There are 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, comfortably sleeping 8 people, with the addition of a sofa bed in the living room of the annexe and the main house. One of the double bedrooms is en-suite with a large shower / toilette, as is the bedroom in the granny annexe/maids quarter. There are lovely four poster brass beds to add a touch more character. | | FACILITIES: | Fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 6 persons. Fans, T.V. Separate ground floor granny annexe with bedroom, living room and bathroom with underground heating in the winter. The patio and stone paved courtyard have a private swimming pool and a lounging area. | WALKING

Too far to walk to the Beach. The village of Ayia Anna is to the west of Larnaca, 20 min away by car or local bus from the town centre, beaches & international airport. Here you will find varied geomorphologic features where special coloured slabs of rocks are obtained & used for traditionally built houses. Nature lovers can also enjoy the hills surrounding the village with it's easily accessible walkways and panoramic views to the sea, Larnaca town & countryside. The village grocery store is well stocked & competitively priced compared to the supermarkets in town. the village taverna serves traditional Cypriot meze accompanied by live music,(weekends )a cultural centre displaying traditional architecture & an old stone church dating back to 1882. Ayia Anna is centrally located for easy access to the capital of Nicosia, Limassol & many archaeological sites & the mountains of Troodos. There are also restaurants and taverna's within a 5-10 min radius where you can enjoy the local cuisine. |
