| GENERAL
DESCRIPTION: |
This two bedroom apartment is located in
the beach resort of Kapparis between the towns of Paralimni and
Protaras. The area itself is surrounded by relatively unspoiled countryside, sandy beaches and sea caves.
It is in a small
residential block situated for convenience to everything in the
summer. In the winter months (Nov to March ) a lot of things are
closed in the area so transport
is a must for shopping.

Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed, dressing table with a mirror, 2 bedside tables, large built-in wardrobes etc. It has
en-suite shower and toilet. The room also has a partly sea-viewed balcony with
a BBQ area
with table and chairs. Bedroom 2 consists of two single beds, large built-in wardrobes,
bedside table, chairs, mirror etc. A baby bed can be put up on request.
It also has its own partly sea-viewed balcony. |

There
is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, food
processor and
washing machine.
The apartment also enjoys free use of
a swimming
pool in a nearby family run hotel.
Outside there are two parking spaces,
and two common use beach showers.

WALKING
DISTANCES: |
 The nearest beach called "The Firemen's beach" is only a short walk
of 3 to 4 minutes away. The sea starts off very shallow so it is safe for children
, as most beaches on this part of Cyprus are. All facilities within walking distance
, wide range of restaurants and bars, a supermarket is only across the
road, Aiya Triada harbour and beach is a nice walk from the apartment by
the coastal path of about a mile. |
