DESCRIPTION: |
Pentayia residence
is situated in a
quiet and private area of 2.800 m2. It
is conveniently located within easy reach to the airport,
benefiting from excellent views and communal pool.
This
ground floor house overlooks the pool and consists of a fully equipped
kitchen, a dining table and living room with flat screen Satellite TV, all furnished to a high standard.

figs, etc) |

This
ground floor house consists of 3 bedrooms, one which is the
master bedroom with double bed and ensuite facilities. The second room
includes 3 single beds and the third room includes 1 single bed. The
second and third rooms share a common shower and toilet. All rooms
include fully fitted wardrobes with ample room for storage. Pentayia
Residence can cater for 6 guests and is fully air-conditioned and
heated. |
| FACILITIES: |
The villa is equipped with
a swimming pool, sun-beds and a kiosk of 40 m2 . The whole area is surrounded by
small palm and olive trees. There is Satellite TV with approximately
60 free to air channels operating on the Hotbird satellite. Clients are
welcome to bring their own viewing card if they wish to watch any of the
subscription channels.
There
are facilities for a wide range of sports within the region i.e. golf,
tennis, moto-cross, karting, water-skiing, scuba-diving, camel park. |
