DESCRIPTION: |
Mazotos Retreat is situated in a
quiet and private area of 2.800 m2. It
is conveniently located within easy reach to the airport. The
house 140 m2 within which there are three bedrooms,
WC, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. It also has a veranda
(corrugated iron roof ) of 50 m2 overlooking the pool. |

Three bedrooms, 1 double
bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. ( 2
camp
beds can be provided for children under 12 and baby cot can also be provided). |
| FACILITIES: |
The villa is equipped with
a swimming pool, sun-beds and a kiosk of 40 m2 . The whole area is surrounded by
small palm and olive trees. There is Satellite TV with approximately
60 free to air channels operating on the Hotbird satellite. Clients are
welcome to bring their own viewing card if they wish to watch any of the
subscription channels.
There
are facilities for a wide range of sports within the region i.e. golf,
tennis, moto-cross, karting, water-skiing, scuba-diving, camel park. |

The villa has one large air conditioning unit in the
living area which is available at EUR6 per day - and
air conditioning in the bedrooms which is available for EUR5 per unit
per day.
Camp
beds can be provided at EUR9
per day .
Bicycles can be hired for EUR3 a day.
Please
note that the swimming pool will be empty between 1st Nov to 1st April.
