DESCRIPTION: |
The location is quiet with a lot
of idyllic space around for walks. There are common gardens that are
well maintained. There are local shops and
restaurants within walking distance. The
villas share a common swimming pool (size is 7 x 14 Mts.) The pool is
looked after well and rarely gets crowded. |

At ground level there is a Kitchen with gas stove,
oven, fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is a dining
table next to the kitchen and a living room with built in sofa that
can accommodate an extra person if needed. On the first floor
there are 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is a bath + WC on the first floor and an extra shower + WC
on the ground floor. Linen and towels are also provided. The villa has
its own garage and garden. |
