GENERAL DESCRIPTION:	This 3 bedroom villa is set amidst an orange grove, and has a garden with its own private pool and is a cool location. It is a secluded and authentic situation, there is one other villa in the same location, but far enough away to be private. It is akin to a Devon country cottage in its ambience, down to earth, not posh and will be a great place for kids. There are ceiling fans and it is a cool location. Heated in the winter.
SLEEPS:6+baby	One double (en-suite) with air-conditioning and two twin bedrooms. Baby Cot available. There are two bathrooms.
FACILITIES:	The kitchen is equipped with cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer. There is seating and settings for 6 at the dining table and there is also a television. There is garden furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ. Pool is 8m x 4m.
WALKING DISTANCES	Approximately 500m to the Beach. Half an hour walk to Bar and Restaurant and Shop. Car recommended. 5 minutes drive to Paphos.
