GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
|
This detached villa stands alone and boasts
a 250 sq m expanse of covered area on three floors sitting in a large landscaped
plot of 1500 sq m. It is in a quiet residential area offering panoramic
sea and inland views. It is suitable for families or even mixed couples as with the areas spread out as to make it easy for children to hide
effectively or couples to have their own privacy. A combination of fencing, mature trees and colourful shrubbery ensure
the pool area enjoys a reasonable degree of privacy. The villa has two sitting areas, both of them comfortably furnished.
Then there are are 3 living rooms in which you will find CD player, DVD
player & a large T.V.
A guest cloakroom for 10 persons is also prominent. Patio doors lead
from the living area to the balcony complete with a swing lounger,
perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink on those warm summer evenings
whilst chilling out and gazing at the sea view....
The villa is away from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs, although it
is just 5 minutes drive from Kato Paphos.
It is double glazed throughout. |

There are 4 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms. The master double bedroom with en-suite shower has a large
private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding
countryside across to the sea.
A safe box is available. There are three further twin
bedrooms with mountain and sea views with a balcony in the one bedroom
and a separate full bathroom.
Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes.
All four bedrooms
have air-conditioning. (* Extra payment)

The kitchen is fully equipped with
an electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Kettle, Iron, extractor fan and
washing machine, cutlery, hair dryer. There is also a Utility Room.
The dining table seats 8 people.
The beautiful large swimming pool is quite private and measures 6m X 12m with steps set in a
recess. Poolside shower, Sun Loungers and umbrellas surround the swimming pool.
Automatic lights illuminate the swimming pool area at night.
A patio with a built BBQ area for dining al fresco.

terms, even though he did - if you wish to rent this villa the full
payment must be made in advance. We do not approve of this way of doing
things, as if you read our
Terms and payment page it explains why,
however, the villa itself is nice and as yet we have had no reason to
take it off, apart from the fact that they change the goal posts in mid
