DESCRIPTION:

GENERAL	This is a newly built 2 storey 4 bedroom villa where you can enjoy your family holiday away from the more popular tourist areas, The villa is about 15 minutes from the quaint West coast town of Polis and the villa itself is situated in a typical small Cyprus village. This villa is built very near the beach front with quiet sand and pebble beaches. Obviously there are magnificent sea views of the Mediterranean. There is a good sized swimming pool (5 m x 10 m). This villa is casually furnished and will stand up to the children playing hide and seek or making a tent indoors.
SLEEPS: 8-14	Upstairs there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom, there is also a sofa bed which sleeps 2 children or 1 adult, there is a cot in one of the bedrooms. There is also a small, not fully equipped kitchen upstairs (for use in the middle of the night). There are split units for heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is also a hair dryer.
FACILITIES:	There is a fully equipped kitchen for self catering on the ground floor with a 4 ring electric hob, gas oven, washing machine, full sized fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board. The kitchen/dining room /lounge area are open plan and contain a table and chairs and simple living room furniture. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony where you may eat al fresco whilst the sun sets behind the Troodos mountains. In the living area there is satellite TV, a small portable CD player and a video, there is also a wood burning fireplace for cosy winter evenings by the fire.
WALKING DISTANCES	Within the nearby village of Pomos there are all local amenities such as: supermarkets, bank, post office, coffee shops, restaurants and kebab houses. Approx. 45 minutes to Paphos Airport. 15 minutes to Polis. 5 mins to the old harbour.
