time, while providing the convenience of a local church, a minimarket, a
bank and a local tavern. Psematismenos is also close to Zygi, a fishing
village, which is widely known for its numerous fish taverns that
attract discerning patrons from the whole region.

Melissi Holiday Villa in Psematismenos is only a 5
minutes drive from the sea and close to Zygi, a fishing village known
for fantastic food at its fish taverns. Centrally located in Cyprus, and
within easy reach to Limassol and Larnaca towns. Melissi Villa has been
converted into two units, a studio and one bedroom apartment each with
fully fitted kitchenette, living room and patio. Can be rented as whole
house with private pool or two separate apartments. You can relax in the
sun on the sun beds provided around the swimming pool or on the covered
patio with panoramic view over the village.
