This is a lovely Mediterranean style, spacious holiday villa in a
fantastic location in the heart of Protaras and right on the beach. This villa has its own private landscaped garden reaching right down to the pretty little bay in front of it.
It therefore has completely unobstructed sea views. Very close to many facilities and situated
next to Fig Tree Bay.
The villa has a huge garden with sun loungers, picnic tables, umbrellas,
a veranda with tables and chairs and a stone-built BBQ.
Fully air-conditioned and full central heating for wintertime. The
garden is perfect for energetic children because the lawned area is
almost the size of a football pitch! The rocky bay 20m away from the end
of the garden is perfect for snorkelling, fishing and going 'crabbing'

This villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 with king-size double
bed, 1 with twin double beds and 1 with bunk beds. All the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, 1 of which
contains a Jacuzzi. Living sofas room turn

This roomy
villa was designed with luxury in mind. Situated on 5 levels, it has a huge basement with a sauna for 4 people, a snooker table and fitness machines.
Luxuriously furnished fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer,
oven/hob and coffee machine.
The dining room and sitting room have leather sofas and a hi-fi
system and next to it is a bathroom. These rooms offer spectacular sea
views. There is also a veranda with outdoor furniture. Garage with parking space for 2
cars. Air-conditioning throughout. Centrally heated in wintertime.

Large, well furnished sitting room with sumptuous leather sofas and
rattan three-piece suite with fabulous sea views. Plushly decorated
