| GENERAL DESCRIPTION: |
Two four bedroom holiday villas in reasonably close proximity to each other available for holiday rental in Skoulli, near Polis, on the West coast of Cyprus, both with their own swimming pool. Both villas have lovely countryside and mountain views and are set amongst the orange groves, so it's fresh orange juice from the tree for breakfast.. These villas are suitable for larger parties wanting villas in close proximity to each other for functions such as weddings or large family holidays as they can accommodate up to 16 people
altogether in comfort. The villas are not next door to each other but are only about 1 km away from each other. |

Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower which is suitable fore a person with a wheelchair and three more bedrooms upstairs, one double and two twins bedrooms with en-suite
facilities. Two of the bedrooms also have balconies with lovely views across open fields and orange groves.
In the first villa there is a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath in the en-suite
bathroom to the master bedroom. |

Each villa has all the appliances you could want in the well equipped kitchens including ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has a TV with
satellite system and an X box entertainment centre with 80 games in memory and a CD player. There is split unit air conditioning throughout, providing cool air in the summer and heating in the winter. The
swimming pool measures 9.5m x 4m , there is a pergola and BBQ area with plenty of sun
beds and seating for guests on the patio and a separate
large 4 seater outdoor Jacuzzi in the garden.. |

Sheets and towels changed once a week. Baby cots and high chairs can be supplied. Air conditioning is an extra CyŁ2.50 per day per unit.
The Jacuzzi downstairs is optional and costs an extra 5 pounds per day.
There is a pay as you go mobile phone for use at the villa.
The villa owner provides a nice welcome pack for this villa.
