DESCRIPTION:

Three one bedroom traditional Cyprus lodgings, making a three, two or even four bedroom house if required, each with its own individual kitchen and living space in the
village of Kalavassos, between Larnaca and Limassol..
They have been tastefully renovated using traditional materials and are furnished accordingly, (even unto the four poster beds). The welcome here is very warm, the
complimentary welcome pack includes wine and
fruit. The
house can be rented as individual apartments or as a whole,
making it a very flexible holiday destination which sleeps up to nine
adults. There is a private swimming pool only 300 meters from the house in a lovely garden area with greenery and flowers, the use of it is complimentary to residents of Stratos House.
There is also swimming in the sea at governors beach, with horse riding, fishing, cycling and walking the nature trials. A real Cyprus house where one can relax or just use it as a base for exploring the various activities and sights
locally. It is a well places base for Nicosia, Larnaka and Limassol, look on the
road map of Cyprus for Kalavasos. (Middle bottom section). |

Each apartment has a
double and a single bed. (extra bed available). There are 2 verandas
upstairs which catch the breeze and there are ceiling fans in the
bedrooms as well as air conditioning, which is included in the price. A baby cot is available.
The bathrooms each have a shower.

FACILITIES:

The kitchen contains a small fridge, hob and oven, Kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, radio/ alarm clock and 21" T.V. set. There is a washing machine that is shared by both apartments.
Table games and a BBQ are also available for clients use.
Large outside and covered courtyard for al fresco meals. Underneath the arches indeed. The apartments are authentic in look and feel and many an hour can be lazed away in the courtyard just soaking up the relaxing atmosphere. |
