We offer you a simple booking service over
the internet, you may not know about us yet, but we try to improve
with every bit of feedback we get from you. We try to fix any problems there
may be, arrange your transfers, cruises, treks, car hire etc. for you
to have minimum fuss and maximum 'holiday time'.
We act upon your feedback and are happy to
publish it 'warts and all' eeek! We are not a member of ABTA AOL PQR or RIP. We deal with several travel agencies.
But We are a paid up member of Netcheck.
We do believe in and strive for an ethical world !

GENERAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
|
Have a great holiday in Cyprus. We will do
our best to make sure that you do.
We book through various travel agencies and owners, so we
have no direct control over any villas, but we will liaise
in case of any problems. We will fight in your corner as long as
you are right. If you are not, we will explain why.
We do not have glossy printed brochures, and will not,
it
is all on the internet.
Check in time is 12 noon.
Check out time is 10 am.
When making a reservation, if you arrive in the early hours
of the morning (i.e. before 12 noon), you should add a
night to your rental period. Equally, your departing flight
may leave late in the day or early the next morning. In
which case, if you need use of the property until then (i.e.
after 10am), you should add another night to your rental
period. Extra nights prices are published next to the weekly
ones. Flexibility
depends on owners.

PAYMENT
This is the small print.
Get an Authorization
form here.

Upon receipt of your
completed and signed fax authorization forms we will reserve your property for the requested dates and send you a voucher by e-mail. We will hold those dates for you as long as they are still available, pending payment for a period of 48 hours maximum. There is no guarantee that you will get the villa until you have the confirmation voucher.
For villas and apartments. We need 2 credit card authorization forms
filled in by you and returned to 00357 24 627489
These must normally have
a) A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the villa on one slip. This
will be processed on receipt.
b) The balance amount for the villa on the other. 30% of this will be
processed one week after the initial booking. The remaining 50% will be processed four weeks before your arrival.
Please note that if you are booking last minute then the total amount
will be processed on the same day.
For example...... If the villa is 500
a) will be for 00 (processed when fax authorization forms have been
received).
b) will be for 400 (120 will be processed one week after booking.
280 will be processed four weeks before arrival.
If you have to cancel for any reason, let us know as soon as possible.
Your money (less a 20% admin charge) will only be returned if we sell your
slot again. By letting us know ASAP we stand a better chance of doing this.
We do not overbook. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance if
booking any holiday, just in case you can't make it. Please Ask your bank or insurance broker for details.

| INSURANCE |
At this time we do not offer travel or
holiday insurance, but we strongly recommend that you want it, take this out independently. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance if

| EXTRAS |
If you require additional equipment in your flat or
villa, e.g. extra beds, baby cot etc, please let us know in advance of
arrival or we cannot guarantee availability.

| CRUISES
|
Cruises must be paid for on booking, (unless otherwise arranged) via
credit card fax. You must present your card for verification upon embarkation.
|
| TRANSFERS |
We can arrange transfers to and from your accommodation if
required and also for cruises to Egypt and Israel.
This costs extra. |
| CAR
HIRE
|
Car rental to be paid on arrival by credit card or cash. (Although a
credit card will need to be presented) If you wish
to book a car, please do so early to avoid disappointment (especially
in high season i.e. July-August-September-October)
