GENERAL DESCRIPTION: |
Set within landscaped gardens with
shaded seating areas and pathways, the development, which is a
combination of maisonettes and apartments, follows the natural contours
of the land down toward the sea. There are two communal swimming pools
for adults and two for children with well-appointed changing rooms,
showers and toilets. Yasemin Thalassa View Gardens also boasts an open air
amphitheatre, pool bar and onsite administration office. All the
apartments are fully furnished to a high standard, have marble
staircases, air conditioning and private covered balconies. Most have
either sea or mountain views. This is a brand new one bedroom apartment which offers open plan living. |

1 double bedroom, with air conditioning, well appointed bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room which turns into a bed for 2 people. The bedroom has patio doors leading to the terrace which overlooks the pool. |

Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
Open plan lounge with comfortable seating for 4 people containing TV and DVD player. The lounge has full sized doors opening out onto the patio area which overlooks the swimming pool are where there is also seating for 4. The patio area surrounding the pool has ample sun loungers,
Air conditioning throughout is with split units which also provide heating during the winter. |

Linen, towels, toilet rolls,
soap, shampoo and washing up liquid are all provided, also there may be
some small presents with the resorts logo.
Rentals are on the basis of self catering, with no daily maid service. A weekly cleaning service and change of linen can be provided for durations longer than a one week rental. A no smoking policy exists.
The complex has wheelchair access.
Wheelchair and disabled scooter hire possible.
No pets allowed.
Highchair, cot and other baby equipment C£8-15 per week.
The arrival and departure times are strict, to allow a thorough clean of the property. The earliest check in time is 4.00 p.m. and latest check out time is 11 a.m.
The times may be flexible, if the tenants have early or late flight and if there are no bookings on the same day.
