SLEEPS:6/ 8 MAX	There are two double bedrooms and one twin, plus 2 sofa-beds in the sitting room, all furnished and with air conditioning. There is a bathroom in the house.
FACILITIES:	The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a washing machine, fridge, oven, iron, toaster, and all the necessary utensils. The sitting area is equipped with TV, video player and radio. There is a barbeque in the courtyard.
