DESCRIPTION:

Three
bedroom 2 story villa in the Coral Bay area of Paphos, about 500m north of
the 5* Coral Beach
hotel.
Two of the bedrooms upstairs have balconies and there
is a veranda downstairs facing the
pool area. The pool is private.

One master bedroom which has a double bed
and an en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted
wardrobes and dressing tables. |

The
kitchen is well equipped with
a fridge/freezer and
washing
machine. There is also an iron
with ironing board. There is kitchen
ware for 8 people.
The
living room is open plan and there is a dining room which seats up to
8 people.
There
is a sofa (sofa bed) + 2 armchairs
with coffee
table, side
table, television/
and a mini hi-fi system.
As
well as the en-suite bathroom there is a common use bathroom up-stairs
and a W.C. downstairs.
The Pool is 8 x 4m and there are 4 sun-loungers
and 2
umbrellas.
There are also two garden tables + six garden chairs. The
pool is maintained twice a week in the summer and once a week at other
times of the year.
