| GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:

This beautiful traditional stone built cottage is oozing character and has been carefully renovated to offer modern comforts without removing it's original authenticity. The villa is fully furnished and can accommodate different groupings of people as it is a very versatile property.
There are three separate apartments as well as the whole house, so whatever the number in your party, you can experience the wholesome peace of this pretty self catering cottage. living areas with easy access to the aromatic garden and patio with it's jasmine plants and garden furniture.
The property is nice for children as the garden is enclosed.
This villa is situated in Tochni village which is centrally located for sightseeing between Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia.

There are 3 twin bedrooms when the villa is used as a house or 3 one bedroom apartments when it is used as 3 apartments. Or a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom when used as 2 apartments. There are doors within the house as well as
separate entrances from the outside. There is a baby cot available and extra beds can be made up in each apartment. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 being showers and one with a bath.

Equipped kitchens, (3 of them) Grill, Hob, Fridge Freezer, Oven, Toaster , There is a washing machine/dryer which is shared by the whole house.
Satellite TV, Internet access with wi-fi in each apartment.
Air conditioning.
Within tall stone walls, there is a large old cobble-stone courtyard and
traditional garden made up mostly of jasmine and other traditional
flowers, herbs & plants. The courtyard and garden are about 500 square
meters in total, there is a balcony and magnificent views of the village
with an opportunity to sunbathe and relax in quiet surroundings on the patio with garden furniture. |

Too far to walk to the Beach. 5 minutes drive to Governors Beach.
Close to small local village shops, taverns and coffee shops.
17 minutes drive to Limassol. 25 minutes to Nicosia. 23 minutes to Larnaca |
