contained within Villa Pentayia, a
private and large plot of land in a quiet, secluded area outside the
village of Kiti, Larnaca, benefiting from excellent views and communal
pool. The garden has many summer fruit trees (including
grapes, figs, etc) |

penthouse consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, en-suite facilities
and capacity for 6 guests. All rooms include fully fitted wardrobes with
ample room for storage. |

Armena is a luxury 1st
floor penthouse apartment. It consists of a fully equipped open plan
kitchen with coffee making facilities, a dining table and living room
with flat screen Satellite TV. This penthouse also benefits
from a magnificent private roof terrace which comes fully equipped with
4 cushioned sun loungers, a two seater and 2 single seater sofas and
dining furniture for 12 people. It is
fully air-conditioned and heated.
There
are facilities for a wide range of sports within the region i.e. golf,
tennis, moto-cross, karting, kite surfing, water-skiing, scuba-diving, camel park. |
